3-4 Months Hiatus and I’m kinda back?!
So… for my followers that actually follow and keep up with me from time to time. I’ve been going through a lot. A lot of is my own fault, I’ve done some stuff that I don’t want to get into. But now, I’m finally picking myself up off of the ground and my life… is kinda semi getting back together.
This summer has been a definition of a roller coaster! I’ve moved twice this summer (actually probably 3 times). Got out of a 5 year relationship. Lost some of my friends, gained new ones. Living and learning from my mistakes.
Damn… it’s been 3-4 months since I’ve stopped doing everything but today. I’ve slowly getting back into the swing of things.
Trying to eat better and working out again. Anywho, I have to prepare for tomorrow’s meals and maybe try to clean my room since I’ve been living at my new place for 2-3 weeks now. :P thnx for the sweet comments that you guys have been leaving me<3 good to know I still have people around here. Hehe okay now I’m rambling gots to go! I’ve been super duper busy

Can’t post this anywhere else… and I haven’t posted here in forever… but all I’m saying is, is that when SHE wasn’t there for you. When she was too busy to deal with my own ish ontop of yours… I WAS there for you. Thnx for dropping like that when I helped you through your bull shit… just fuckin sayin. Even though, I’m finally REALLY picking myself off and up of the ground, when everything is STARTING to go right… this one piece of my life… i can’t help but not let go. it’s so fucking hard for me to let go.
Everything does happen for a reason… and this summer it really showed me who my true friends were.

Wobble the wobble the wobble wobble
Legs feel like JELLO :D feelin better today, and hey tomorrow is FRIDAY<3 yay. So today while I was working out with my friend Alvin I was trying to get the correct form down for the squats and this guy that I see at my gym from time to time gave me a little tip :] its nice knowing ppl are kind enough to give you pointers. However, I still get self conscious being in the “iron jungle” with the guys but whatever I’m trying to put work in and get tone :P
yesterday my friend who teaches crossfit & such said that he can see that I’m getting leaner. yay I’m making some noticeable strides.

From this past weekend. I got 2nd place :( however I’m happy for the winner and I am proud to represent the Laotian community in DC coming all the way from NC. All of the proceeds went to my temple so that’s all that really matters.
Hoping to get the professional pictures soon :] it was a very good experience and I must say the closes thing I’ll ever get to a pageant (ever since I was little my parents wanted me to become Miss Universe) lol.
